Ultrasound: It is a medical procedure of diagnostic imaging that uses high frequency (ultrasonic) sound waves to form images of the body including internal and superficial structures..

  • General ultrasound: skeletal muscle, superficial tissues, thyroid, abdomen, pelvis and obstetric ultrasound.
  • Doppler ultrasound: assessment of abdominal and peripheral vascular system.
  • Home Ultrasound: specially designed for patients unable to attend to the clinic or willing to keep the comfort of home a mantaining safety, asepsis and –antisepsis practices of the clinical enveroiment.

 

Prolotherapy

Guided or directed by ultrasound

All patients prior to diagnostic imaging studies will be submitted to this procedure of non-surgical prolotherapy, helped or guided by ultrasound to aimed achieve a greater certainty on the application of biomaterials in  injured tissue or organs in order to stimulate the natural self-healing mechanisms of  tissues including  the musculoskeletal system.
